After two successive drafts of the Interim-Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper (I-PRSP) were prepared by the Government of Angola and presented for comments to civil society and the international community, several data gaps were noted. Therefore, the Government decided to prepare a set of provincial profiles in order to obtain qualitative and quantitative information on rural areas, with UNDP and donor support. |
