 UN-HABITAT will host a special event, a debate on financing water supply and sanitation services in small towns: Official Development Assistance vs. Market Based Mechanisms
To focus the discussion, this inner/outer circle debate will convene experts working on small town WSS financing, to argue opposite viewpoints.
