World Urban Youth Forum, 16-18 June 2006 the weekend before the third session of the World Urban Forum in Vancouver, Canada - 150 international youth delegates with 150 young people from North America were brought together for a three day conference to provide a platform for young people to work together to  create and present a joint declaration to the forum. Both groups include artists and community youth leaders from some of the world’s most marginalised and crime-ridden urban environments.
