As part of her first official business of the year, UN-HABITAT’s Executive Director, Mrs. Anna Tibaijuka, opened a new youth centre in Dar es Salaam built by young people using soil block technology and other environmentally friendly technology.
She was joined at the weekend opening ceremony by His Worship Mayor of Temeke, Mr. Jerome Bwanusi, and other dignitaries. See the caption story.
