Mr. Ohayo who is a Communications Officer with the Water, Sanitation and Infrastructure Branch beat a field of six to emerge the winner after a 24 hour voting that started on Tuesday and closed on Wednesday morning.

A public convention was held during which a storm water project at the Bangr ' Wéogo city park in Ouagadougou was launched, thanks to funding of USD 12.6 million (XOF 6 billion) from the West African Development Bank.
