As a community development officer involved in ressettlement activities in the city of kitwe, zambia i have found this publication very helpfull in my work

I was elated to find such a document existed, I am writing a thesis on the essence of eviction as a response to slum and it came as a great support for my work. I do wish there would be copies made available to the communities in question. I also thought the whole document could be summarised into small handouts and distributed to all stakeholders on resettlement programmes.
