La dimención del evento impidió constatar directamente la calidad de todos los aportes, sin embargo es evidente que los organizadores y en este caso el pueblo brasilero ha podido demostrar su capacidad técnica, política y social para abordar un emprendimiento de gran trascendencia. En cuanto a los divesos espacios de reflexión, intercambio y exposición, se pudo constatar una gran diversidad de enfoques y prioridades convergentes para el mejoramiento del hábitat y su innegable relación con una visión global. La división norte sur trasciende sus límites y se desarrolla al interior de nuestras ciudades y trastoca los derechos de un mayoritario sector poblacional en donde la unidad de acción y pensamiento se hace impostergable.
